China Overseas Construction Central (KSA)LLC, as the only subsidiary in Saudi Arabia funded by the China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp.,Ltd., is directly affiliated to the International Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. under the China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp.,Ltd. The company was incorporated on December 16, 2019 and is headquartered in the capital Riyadh.

At present, the company has about 60 employees. There is one project, Telal Alghoroob-Prince Fawaz District-Jeddah Project, under its jurisdiction, with a contract value of 562 million Saudi Riyals. At the same time, the company is committed to developing and cultivating the Saudi construction market, responding to the great initiative of China's "One Belt, One Road" at a higher level, and currently has 3 large-scale construction projects that we are tracking.
