CRECM-D&D ARABIA COMPANY (“CDAR”) is registered in Riyadh in February 2018, which is jointly invested by China Railway Engineering Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd (main investor) and Develop & Deliver Limited Company.


CRECM is a subsidiary of China Railway Dongfang Group Sdn. Bhd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC) that is one of the world's top 500 enterprises and world’s top 500 brands. The headquarter has been set up in Kuala Lumpur and some branch companies or offices have been set up in Beijing, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia and Nepal. The business scope covers such areas as project contracting, design consulting, real estate development, energy development, import and export trade, hotel management, etc. The business region covers Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
