Saudi Branch of China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd. Saudi Branch In 2007, HQC registered its office in Dhahran, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. In May 2010, HQCME was established as an internal organization to manage the existing business of HQC Saudi Branch and UAE Branch. China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Middle East Regional Management organization was founded in May 2012, which is responsible for the management of Saudi branch, Iraq branch and UAE branch. In December 2013, China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Middle East Regional Management organization was renaming to China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd. Middle East Company, which taken UAE as the central hub, HQCME focuses on developing the market of Saudi and Iraqi, while tracking the Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman markets. The business development further expands to Iran, Bahrain, Syria, and Turkey. HQCME, as a regional presence in the Middle East market, provides support to the HQC head-office to undertake EPC projects, and gradually develops its own design and project management capabilities.
