The SMEC (Shengyue Middle East Co., Ltd.) is capable of comprehensive construction projects of civil work, steel and equipment installation, equipment manufacture. The work scope of SMEC is civil & mechanical construction for the chemical and petroleum project, include civil construction, steel structure & equipment erection, piping fabrication & erection, electrical & instrument calibration and erection, scaffolding, painting and insulation work. After 10 years of development, the SMEC has greatly improved its management. Now it is a professional construction company with sufficiently experienced in petrochemical construction and equipment manufacture.

Since the establishment, the SMEC has completed more than 20 projects as the main subcontractor ofSNEI，CHINA TIANCHEN and CPP because of the professional capability of construction.
