Guangdong Overseas Construction Group Co., LTD (hereinafter called The Overseas Group), approved by Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, was set up in June, 2000 comprising several provincial specialized construction and real estate development companies under the leadership of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The Overseas Group is a large engineering contracting and investment enterprise and one of the leading enterprises by organizing the provincial design and construction unit to develop the international construction market. Our company won the bid of the King Khalid University Project Phase I in 2008,and the construction area is about 50 million square meters, the total cost of approximately $ 700,000,000. Now the company is fully engaged in the construction of the project.

The Group Company’s main business scope covers engineering contracting and project investment in and out of China real estate development import and export business etc. It holds the first grade qualification approved by the Ministry of Construction for general contracting on building construction including foundation and base architectural ornament and decoration machinery and electrical equipment installation; the second grade qualification for municipal engineering contracting hydroelectric and irrigation works and real estate development. Meanwhile it is authorized by the Ministry of Commerce with the qualification of import & export of commodities and technology international human resources service and engineering contracting abroad; and grade A for economic aid projects to foreign countries.
