The company registered CR in Saudi Arabia since February 2011, and has been in Saudi Arabia for more than 12 years. It is mainly engaged in civil engineering construction contracting, water network, road, bridge, airport, rail laying, mechanical operation, indoor and outdoor installation, etc. The company has established good relationship with owners of industrial fields such as ArcelorMittal steelworks and Sabic. The company officially joined China Baowu Group in December 2022. In order to actively respond to Saudi Arabia's 2030 development vision, China Baowu Group and Saudi Aramco announced the establishment of a joint venture company in May 2023 to jointly invest in the construction of a modern green low-carbon steel plant in the Ras Al-Khair Industrial Zone to serve the development of Saudi Arabia's industry. As one of the important members of Baowu, the company will also participate in the general contract construction of this project.
