SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as SEPCOIII), founded in 1985, is a wholly-owned Grade A subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China, whose main operating models are EPCO, EPC, BOT, BOO and PMC in the construction of various types of power plants, including thermal power, saline water conversion, concentrating solar power, photovoltaic, wind power, nuclear power, biomass power, transformer substation and infrastructure. SEPCOIII scope of business includes general contracting (Special Class) of power engineering construction, general contracting (Class I) of construction engineering construction and engineering design of power industry (class A), etc. It's industrial layout involves electricity investment, design and consulting, equipment manufacturing and lease, international logistics and trade, unit commissioning and operation, real estate, leisure and travel, and it can provide a total solution including project investment and financing, project planning, design consultation, equipment procurement and supervision, equipment shipping, construction and installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance. SEPCOIII, with total of over 8000 employees, has the State Top Grade Qualification of the Power General Contracting, the State A Grade Qualification of Power Engineering.

As the first Chinese EPC contractor, SEPCOIII has become a professional electric power engineering company with the most projects under construction and the strongest market competitiveness. Since its founding, it has constructed a variety of power plants with a single unit ranging from 12MW to 1000MW for a total installed capacity of 87,000MW with the most annual average installed capacity. SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. Branch registered on Sept. 12, 2020 in Rabigh, and transferred to Riyadh due to the business need of the branch. By now Saudi Branch signed 11 projects, with 3 finished and 8 on-going.
